What is Hybrid DTG? It’s combining Screen Printed Water Based Discharge Ink with full color DTG printing that leaves you with a super soft print that unlike traditional dtg, wont crack or wash off and gets softer after the first wash!
We did it!!! We really perfected this new Hybrid DTG Process! Waterbased discharge ink screen printed on soft ringspun cotton shirts then our custom screen printing rig is perfectly aligned to DTG over the discharged underbase giving you a true soft hand feel where you only feel the garment, unlimited colors on your design for a low cost per piece!
We have been fine tuning the perfect discharge waterbased ink and getting my screen pressed aligned perfectly with our Direct To garment printers to be able to offer this amazing service that no one is offering at our print shop.

Im going to tell you this, realistically NO SHOP is doing this! They either screen print, or DTG but None of them have combined and created a new process that united the best of both worlds to offer you this amazing new product!
Best value for merch orders of 36 pieces to 100 pieces! The white ink will NOT flake off like traditional DTG because it is waterbased Discharge ink! It literally removes the shirts dye to its natural cotton state & the waterbased inks penetrate the garment instead of rest on top of fabric. Game changer!
