ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom printed items. Custom Printed Items such as Screen Printed, DTG or other personalized Merchandise Items (T shirts, sweatshirts, or other imprintables) cannot be refunded as they are custom items printed to the customers custom artwork and cannot be restocked. 

ALL ORDERS PLACED ONLINE ARE CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

PRINT/DECORATION PLACEMENT: Please view our Standard Print Placement Guideline Form for placement
details. There is no way to efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded. If you request a shirt that has the design 2″ down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure all shirts hit that target. However, all shirts will not hit exactly 2″. They may be off as much as an inch in any direction. This will not be considered a misprint and we will not reprint or refund these shirts. Anything over an inch and a half from your desired placement will be considered for reprint. If no placement is requested we will use our opinion and standard specs to place design.


To return a Threaded Merch product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at sales@threadedmerch.com  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.


What can be returned: If a reprint is requested, and the product is found to be defective, Threaded Merch will reprint at no charge to the customer with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Samples and photos of the defective product may be requested prior to any action being taken. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

If a print is found to be defective due to the fault of Threaded Merch, then you may contact Threaded Merch to request a reprint, an in-store credit, or refund. Threaded Merch must be contacted via e-mail at sales@threadedmerch.com or by phone at within 7 days of receiving your order.



What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of purchase. Items purchased based on customer error cannot be returned. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Although, refunds are not offered for customer errors, such as customer ordered the wrong size, the wrong color, wrong brand, decided that is not the "fit" they wanted, or “change of mind", uploaded the incorrect artwork, or approved incorrect artwork or "Typo's”.   If the event Threaded Merch issues refund/return, a  customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and 20% in the form of a restock fee due to error on their part.


A full store credit of product sale cost may be offered with the return of the product at the customer's expense and 20 percent restock fee.


Although refunds will not be offered for customer errors, Threaded Merch may permit the customer to correct their error and reprint the original order at 50% of the cost for each reprinted item. In such event, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Threaded Merch does not refund, cancel or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.


DECORATING ON CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS: At Threaded Merch we highly recommend using our garments for customization. We know where they come from and they are made especially for customization. However, if you insist to supply us with the garment to be customized we will do it. Shop rates will apply and will not reflect the normal pricing grid. You will also be subject to screen or other set up fees associated with producing your order. Please keep in mind the underage/spoilage rate when providing your own garments. We always recommend you provide extras. We will in no way be responsible for your garments for any reasons whatsoever regardless of fault. You are having us print them at your own risk. Threaded Merch will not be responsible for decoration longevity, washouts, etc. on your customer supplied items.



Returns for refund: must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.


Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.


Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.


CANCELLATION: Any cancellations will be subject to restocking fees and MUST BE DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS, EXCLUDING NEXT DAY RUSH PRINT JOBS. ANY PRINT JOB ORDER PLACED AFTER THE HOUR MARK CANNOT BE STOPPED DUE TO THE PRINTING PROCESS AND CUSTOMER IS STILL LIABLE FOR THE COSTS OF THE ORDER FOR "CHANGE OF MIND SITUATIONS". Any pre-payments will be forfeited if any work has begun. Depending on the situation we may issue a partial refund minus expenses Threaded Merch has accrued for work performed. If production has begun we cannot cancel your order.



To return your items:


  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
