What are tagless labels?
Tagless care labels are printed labels with YOUR Brand logo and standard washing care instructions. We will remove the itchie tags from your t-shirts and screen print custom tags on the inside with your brand.
These are custom inside neck labels, that are hot split transfers. They are NOT HTV/ Heat Transfer Vinyl, again, these are quality soft ink plastisol transfers that are screen printed onto special transfer paper!
These should be applied using a heat press, around 325 degrees-to 355 degrees, between 10-25 seconds, temperature setting based on your press might vary, also based on material used. These are hot split so the you would immediately peel the transfer before it cools.
How to order tagless labels transfers:
You must have your artwork ready to go. Minimum size: 1"x 2" up to Maximum size 3 " wide by 3" tall.
Minimum is 100 pieces per style/size, no exceptions! , and orders must be placed in orders of 100-250-500-or1000 pieces PER DESIGN/ SIZE (example 100 pieces in Size Small, then another 100 in Size Medium if you need them to be broken down into sizes per order)
What are the quantity price break downs?
Do you have a template that I could download and modify to add my logo and care instructions to place this order?
Yes we do, we have a vectored EPS file that can be modified in Adobe Illustrator / or Inkscape.
You would open up the file, select a style you like, delete the other assets, add you logo, modify any care instructions on the file, add your website, and/or social media handles. Save the file as an EPS, or PDF. Remeber, if you are going to be doing mutiple sizes, be sure to cope and paste each size on the file. Each size order is a minimum of 100 pieces. So for example if you wanted to run a Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL order, you would have to place one of each size on the file. We will separate it into our batch files on our end.
Also, to save you some money, you could choose the 500 325.00 (65 cents each) or 1000 475.00 (47.5 cents each) piece option and mix up to 5 different sizes, instead of doing each one alone for 98.65 (98.65 cents each). So if you order a 500 piece run or a 1000 piece run you could have 100/200 Size small, 100/200 size medium/ 100/200 large 100/200 XL as an example on the same order.
